Current research interests and focus areas

My current position as an energy efficiency engineer in the M&V team stems from my interest in minimising the environmental impacts associated with electricity services, as well as my experience in the renewable energy sector.

Previous experience

My previous professional experience in the sustainable energy sector has been doing research, design, administration and some project management for renewable energy projects at a private consultancy. These projects included green building designs (under the GBCSA), evaluations of thermal performance of low income houses, CDM projects and the implementation of automated electronic monitoring systems.
Other experience prior to working in the sustainable energy sector was varied, and included some electronic design and the design of electrical systems for commercial building services.
